Huda Alaeddin is a board-certified Physician Assistant and the Chief Operating Officer of TriHealth Family Wellness and Medspa. With over a decade of experience in family medicine, women’s health, surgical care, and medical aesthetics, she is dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality care to her patients from simple health needs to complex findings. Dedicated to find the correct course of treatment for you.
Huda holds a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Christian Brothers University and has advanced training in robotic surgery, aesthetic procedures, and wellness therapies. At TriHealth Family Wellness Center, she leads a compassionate team delivering comprehensive services, including primary care, urgent care, gynecologic services, and cutting-edge aesthetic treatments.
As a bilingual healthcare provider fluent in Arabic and English, Huda ensures culturally competent care for diverse communities. Beyond her clinical work, she is an educator and mentor, currently serving as an instructor and facility at a Physician Assistant program in Orlando, Florida. Huda is also passionate about community service, and heading a community project for a nonprofit K-12 educational academy.

Dr. Nico D. Kristen, MD
Medical Director | Gainesville
Dr. Nico D. Kristen is a highly skilled and board-certified Emergency Medicine and Family Medicine physician with extensive experience in trauma, critical care, and high-acuity patient management. A graduate of the American University of Antigua College of Medicine, where he earned Clinical Honors (Cum Laude), Dr. Kristen completed his Emergency Medicine Fellowship at Wheeling Hospital and currently serves as the Medical Director for TriHealth Family Gainesville.
In this role, Dr. Kristen provides visionary leadership and expert clinical oversight, ensuring the highest standards of care for patients. He also serves as an Emergency Medicine Attending Physician at high-volume, high-acuity facilities, including Lake City Medical Center and the University of Florida Hospital, Leesburg Campus.
In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Kristen is a proud member of the U.S. Army Reserves, providing medical care to soldiers and maintaining excellent standing with the U.S. Army Medical Corps. Fluent in English, Afrikaans, Dutch, and Flemish, he brings a global perspective and cultural competence to his practice.
Dr. Kristen's passions extend beyond medicine to leadership, faculty development, rugby, running half-marathons, and spending time with his family and animals. With over six years of hands-on experience in both rural and urban clinical settings, Tyler Egan, PA-C brings a deep commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence. A graduate of the University of Florida’s prestigious Physician Assistant Program, Tyler is known for his warm bedside manner, strong diagnostic acumen, and surgical proficiency in minor procedures such as wound care, biopsies, and laceration repair.
Tyler has been recognized for his leadership and service, earning awards such as the Best Healthcare Clinic by the Williston Pioneer and the United Hero Award by United Healthcare. He is passionate about preventive medicine and has successfully grown patient panels by earning the trust of families and individuals across generations. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Tyler believes in empowering his patients with knowledge and compassion—ensuring every visit is both meaningful and impactful.

Dr. Salome Masghati is a board-certified gynecologist and fellowship-trained specialist in minimally invasive gynecology. With advanced expertise in procedures such as hysteroscopy, endometrial ablation, and treatments for abnormal uterine bleeding, abnormal Pap smears, and pelvic pain, she provides compassionate, comprehensive care for women at every stage of life.
Beyond her surgical expertise, Dr. Masghati is passionate about sexual wellness and restorative treatments. She offers innovative options including PRP injections, the O-Shot®, and labiaplasty—helping women restore confidence, enhance intimacy, and improve quality of life.
Her background includes fellowship training in Minimally Invasive Gynecology at UNLV, residency at White Memorial Medical Center, and extensive academic contributions through research and publications in women’s health, pelvic pain, and gynecologic surgery. She has practiced at nationally recognized institutions and founded Precisiongynecology LLC, offering hormone and functional medicine consultations.
